What happens if you need to stop, pause, or move a class. Written plainly, because policies that need a lawyer are not policies.
Term enrolment is for twelve weeks. If you withdraw before the second class, we refund the term fee in full. If you withdraw between the second and fourth class, we refund half. After the fourth class we do not refund, but we will credit the remaining weeks against a future term if you are stopping for medical reasons.
Drop-in bookings can be cancelled up to four hours before the class for a full refund. Cancel later than that and the slot is charged, because it was held for you and someone else wanted it.
Term students can make up two missed classes per term in any equivalent slot within the same term. Tell reception and we will book it for you.
If we cancel a class — for illness, weather, or a strike — you will be offered a make-up slot or a credit, whichever suits you.
